British boat caught whiting record smashed

Decided on another visit to cod corner,so met Kev at silly oclock and we were fishing by 6.00am just as the tide started to flood.We normally expect codling around an hour in when the tide starts running hard…and with only a few knocks and a fish come of on kev things werent looking the best.Also the wind was picking up and although it was off our backs the gusts were a right pain blowing tackle around and rod rests rattling and collapsing Read more »

A day out on Right Money II ….. :boat:i drove over to Johns (plasticpaddy) for about 0630 am after a few checks we set off to perch rock. on our arrival there were a couple of boats on the slip un-decided on whether to go in or not …. the wind was blowing right up the river at about 25 mph, and it looked choppy to say the least.
